Per our bylaws,
The Annual Elections shall be held on the Sunday before the December meeting by secret ballot.
The Days and hours of voting shall be the Thursday prior, for 2 hours from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Saturday prior from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and the aforementioned Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This year that translates to the Thursday December 12th, Saturday December 14th and Sunday December 15th.

The Annual Meeting will take place on Monday December 16th at the club at 7pm.

Members are encouraged to attend the quarterly club meetings where they can meet club officers and executive board members, hear about the club, and have a voice in future club plans and operations. We hope to see you there! Meetings will be held in the function hall 3rd Monday of the last month of each quarter (June, September, December, March.) at 7:00 pm. ALL General Members are welcome and encouraged! Come hear about the strong health of our club, other club business, committee reports, treasurer’s report, manager’s report, and socialize afterward in the members’ lounge. Annual Body Meeting – (Open to all regular members)

Hello fellow hunters! It’s that glorious time of the year where we hit the woods with hopes of filling the freezer with wild game meat. I’d like to remind everyone that we are having the annual game supper this coming January 2025 and we are accepting donations of any wild game that you can find in your hearts to part with.

Venison

Moose

Elk

Water Foul

Pheasant

Bear

Fish

Alligator

Any of these will make a great addition to our next dinner.

We’ll find a recipe to use to raise money for the club. If you are lucky enough to get out and harvest some wild game, please keep the club in mind, and if you can spare a little, we’ll take it.
