The Maynard Rod and Gun Club offers two distinct types of memberships:
- Full Membership
- Social Membership
Full Membership
Full Memberships provide you with almost unlimited access to our grounds, ranges, our lounge and invitations to our numerous member events.
Full membership dues are $300 per calendar year.
There is NO initiation fee.
Members who volunteer will have their dues reduced by $10/hour for up to $100 dollars.
These include:
- Two trap fields
- Two skeet fields
- Outdoor rifle range
- Outdoor pistol range
- Indoor pistol range
Access to the function hall, pavilion and ball field are also provided although there may be additional fees associated with reserving these facilities. Discounts are available only to full members.
Social Membership
Social Memberships provide you access to our lounge and invitations to member only events.
Social Membership is available for $70 per calendar year.

1. Choose a membership:

2. Pay the invoice for membership E-mailed to you by the Club for membership
3. For Full, Minor and Junior Applicants attend a regularly scheduled Executive Board Meeting in order to be reviewed for membership.
Executive Board meetings are held at the main clubhouse on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. (please arrive by 6:30pm).
New members will not be accepted after 6:45pm.
CHIT System
The Maynard Rod and Gun Club runs and operates solely on the work of membership volunteers. Throughout the year, members are encouraged to help out with work parties, facility and ground maintenance and improvements, and club functions. Members who do help out are able to earn “CHITs” which can be applied as a discount to the next year’s dues. Any member can work off as much as $100 of their annual dues.
