MA State Basic Firearms Safety Course LTC-033

Saturday 6/6/2026, 8:00 am – 1:30. State Police recently Approved Curriculum for safety certificate to apply for an FID or LTC (License to Carry) permit.

Pre-registration is required and Class may be canceled if low enrollment.

Classroom Topics will include:

NRA Home Firearm Safety

Intro to MA Firearms Law

MA Firearms Suicide Prevention

Self Defense & De-Escalation

MA Required Written Exam (passing score min 70%)

Fees: The classroom Only registration fee is $120.

Range time is Optional with additional fee (4 student limit) & follows the classroom session.
