Annual Body Meeting (QBM #4)

Open to the general membership, excluding social members

Members are encouraged to attend the quarterly club meetings where they can meet club officers and executive board members, hear about the club, and have a voice in future club plans and operations. We hope to see you there! Meetings will be held in the function hall 3rd Monday of the last month of each quarter (March, June, September, December) at 7:00 pm. ALL General Members welcome and encouraged! Come hear about the strong health of our club, other club business, committee reports, treasurers report, managers report, and socialize afterward in the members’ lounge. Additional Information for Annual Body Meeting: There are several activities unique to the Annual Body Meeting as compared to the other QBMs. These activities include: the announcement of club election results, announcements of recognition (e.g. member of the year), voting of club executive officer remunerations, etc. It is also tradition that after the meeting, food is served.
