Trap & Skeet News
The Trap season is coming to an end soon, then on towards playoffs and tie breaks. One team called 'C team' has some special news. One of the top shooters is Justin Pabis who is retiring from the Army and also moving to Florida after trap tournaments are done. He retired as a Colonel and Craig Schomp and Gifford Perry went to his "Change of Command" at Fanueil Hall as he steps down from Commanding US Army Corps of Engineers New England District.
It was very nice to be invited, but more seeing such a grand ceremony honoring Justin’s service. He has an impressive history of accomplishments and many military awards and decorations. He will be missed by all. As another note 'Team C' is in first place with one more game to go!

📢 Mandatory Trap & Skeet Orientation 📢
|
All members wishing to use the Trap & Skeet (T&S) ranges must email trapandskeet@maynardrodandgunclub.com to setup a time. Additionally, if you stop by Sunday mornings, someone is usually available to answer questions and explain how the sport works. It’s as challenging as it is fun, so if you’ve never shot skeet or trap before, give it a try. All are welcome!

Thinking about getting your Massachusetts LTC? The club is hosting the MA State Basic Firearms Safety Course (LTC‑033), the required class for obtaining your FID or LTC. For questions or to sign up, please contact Ken Chin.

Please remember that brass clean‑up is mandatory on all ranges — and with the tremendous effort members have already put into tidying the grounds, keeping up this level of care will make a big difference for everyone.

Executive Board Meetings – For Board Members Only

The club’s Executive Board, made up of 13 elected members, meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse. These meetings are not open to general members, but if you have a topic for review, comments, questions, or suggestions, please reach out to any chair member.

All regular new members are required to attend an Executive Board meeting in person with their completed application, social members are exempt.
